A Long Overdue Post Of A Splendid Afternoon

i should have posted this a very long time ago. i've been busy (we all say that) but i truly don't have an excuse. we all get busy. but this is my blog, and i've been neglectful. for that i am sorry. but better late than never. so here it is. the lovely afternoon i spent with my good friend Sophie. she's a true beauty and a very good person. we had a marvelous time at the cloisters museum located in Fort Tryon Park. 

Winter Wonderland (In Color)

today minna and i went on a long walk through one of my favorite places in the world, fort tryon park. storm jonas hit NYC two nights ago and it left the park looking like a white wondrous forest of magic. so of course a photo-shoot was called for. here are a few that i just edited, mostly of minna of course. she's a beauty anyway so...

i've been trying to work a lot with color edits on lightroom, especially color splashes in black and white photos. i have a LOT to learn but here are a few that i did yesterday and today. these photos are from last year :) Z

New Job, New Blog Post

i got a new job. still working for a dentist for now,
but also taking and editing photos :)

New Years

hey. so last night was a new years bash. and it involved conor and ivan performing at The Rave in Milwaukee, WI. the crowd was definitely a lot younger than us and the rest of the music scene was interesting to say the least. but we still had a lot of fun (like trying to walk up to the drive thru at mcdonalds and having them call the police on us. yay.)
